Real-life Room Escape: A Quick Guide

 

I was excited when my friend called me up this morning. She told me that she scheduled a play date for us friends. I wondered what she was thinking when she used the word play date. I asked her about it. But she said that it would be her surprise to us. I then decided to just play along with what she wanted. I freed up my schedule on the Saturday that she set.

 

As the Saturday play date drew nearer, I became more and more excited. Jody said that since I am an adventure junkie, I will surely love the adventure we are going to have. We then met up with the rest of our friends in a cafe to have our breakfast first. Jody said that we needed the energy so that we can be awake during our escape room singapore play.

 

Then we walked some blocks. Except for Jody we didn't know where we were going. We then stopped at a building and saw that it had a sign that says "escape room Singapore". We were then bewildered about it and decided to have Jody give us a bit of introduction so that we have an idea on what we are going to do there. She said that the play involves being locked in a room and escaping in a certain period of time using the things that are found inside the room. So we went to the receptionist and paid for our game and we went to the room. Once we were inside the room, it was locked. We looked at the things there and tried to see if we could some of the things there to get out. Each one racked her brain to think about how to get out. We laughed because we felt like we were Charlie's Angels. Then one of my friends found something that she was able to try on the door and it worked.

 

All in all, it was a fun and new experience for us friends. We gave Jody a high-five for making us experience escape games singapore, which is something totally new to us.
